Job Responsibility
Coordinates and performs guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel standards
Greet all guests who enter the Spa in a warm and welcoming manner using guest name when known
Maintain spa atmosphere with proper music, lighting, temperature and aroma
Operate resources including Book for Time and Lotus Notes
Update guest profiles, preferences and appointments in Book for Time accurately
Provide individual assistance and accurate information
Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests
Possess high degree of product knowledge for treatments and retail
Stay informed of events in the resort and upsell resort facilities
Handle unexpected situations and emergencies in accordance with hotel policies
Perform quality check by asking guest feedback after their Spa experience
Identify and report hazards and maintenance issues
Respond properly in any emergency or safety situation
Perform other tasks as assigned
Handle guest complaints and notify spa management
Keep accurate inventory of operating supplies and submit purchase orders
Process all financial transactions for retail and spa treatments
Follow impeccable telephone etiquette
Assist in supplies requisitions
Be highly sensitive to guest preferences and special requests
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting
Spa Coordinator should have basic understanding of Microsoft applications, phone etiquette and Spa Soft systems
Candidate must be guest focused and have excellent presentation skills
Communication skills both verbal and written
Nice to have
Bi-lingual skills preferred
