Requirements

At least 6 months of spa receptionist or related experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests
Work authorization in the United States required
Ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Responsibility

Ensure guest satisfaction in the spa by performing proper services to the best of their ability and maintaining Four Seasons standards throughout all procedures
Facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa
Coordinate spa treatment bookings
Schedule treatments with selected Spa software, maximizing time within the treatment schedule and tracking guest preferences
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with spa services
Assist guests with the sale of retail merchandise
assist in the inventory and stocking of retail items
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Responsibility

Coordinates and performs guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel standards
Greet all guests who enter the Spa in a warm and welcoming manner using guest name when known
Maintain spa atmosphere with proper music, lighting, temperature and aroma
Operate resources including Book for Time and Lotus Notes
Update guest profiles, preferences and appointments in Book for Time accurately
Provide individual assistance and accurate information
Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests
Possess high degree of product knowledge for treatments and retail
Stay informed of events in the resort and upsell resort facilities
Handle unexpected situations and emergencies in accordance with hotel policies

Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
Books and cancels appointments, both by phone and in person, in an efficient and friendly manner
Issues relaxation lounge salto entry key to male guests
Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts retail charges and presents bill to guest
Settles spa and retail charges accurately through credit card, gift card and/or cash transaction
Maintains a balanced bank assigned by the hotel
Makes change, and reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift
