Assist our guests in creating seamless and memorable spa experiences. The Spa Guest Services Agent proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate a seamless guest experience in an efficient, friendly and warm manner
Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, providing tours of facility
Checking guests in/out and handling billing for services performed in an efficient manner
Inform guests on all aspects regarding the services, classes, packages, spa therapies and medical treatments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Answer phones quickly and efficiently
Coordinate details of each and book guests' reservations in a proficient and timely manner
Accountable for completing thorough and timely follow through with a focus on detail
Requirements:
Oral and written proficiency in the English language
A superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Patience
Preferred previous hotel and computer knowledge
The ability to recognize repeat guests by name who visit the Spa
The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
