Welcoming and greeting guest warmly, and ensuring that they feel comfortable and have great spa experience on their visit by following Four Seasons standards and operational procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise
  • Utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
  • Reporting any malfunction or Engineering issue to the appropriate department
  • Handling and prioritizing daily logistics to aid daily operations
  • To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations

Requirements:

  • Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
  • Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator
  • Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Ability to read, write and speak English and Japanese
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization for Japan and be fluent in English and Japanese business communication
