Job Responsibility:
Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise
Utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards
Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
Reporting any malfunction or Engineering issue to the appropriate department
Handling and prioritizing daily logistics to aid daily operations
To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations
Requirements:
Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator
Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software
Ability to read, write and speak English and Japanese
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization for Japan and be fluent in English and Japanese business communication
