Job Description

Provide professional service for any guest (male or female) including benefits, indications & contraindications. Organize and schedule all guests booking. This role is part of Spa department, reporting into Spa Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate the Spa RA system for spa reservations and all other Spa Soft functions
  • Upsell treatments to guests when booking
  • Ensure all decoration always looks fresh and to Standards within the Spa reception area
  • Handle guest complaints and to notify spa management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
  • Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
  • Requires basic computer skills for online training
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language
  • Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
  • Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft
