Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome guests with a professional, polished demeanor reflective of a luxury brand
Manage all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Build lasting guest relationships through personalized conversations and attentive follow-up
Recommend and upsell services based on guest preferences and service history
Maintain a deep understanding of all services, packages, and promotions to maximize sales potential and full booking opportunities
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with poise and urgency

Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years in a front desk, guest services, or luxury retail/hospitality environment
Proven track record in sales
Excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy ability to learn reservation, point-of-sales software
