Job Description:

Spa Executive position at The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa, responsible for advising employees on property information, confirming guest treatments, monitoring schedules, promoting spa services, maintaining equipment, and assisting with team management while ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes
Answer questions about available services, general property information and amenities
Confirm guest names and treatment schedules
Monitor and stick to time schedule
Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products
Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment
Inspect work areas and tools/equipment
Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
