Welcome and orient guests to the Spa, book spa services and recreational reservations, check guests in and out of the Spa. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
Job Responsibility
Understand, effectively communicate and book/sell Spa services and products
including but not limited to massage, facials, specialty treatments, Salon, personal training and retail products utilizing computer systems as necessary
Balance therapist and room schedules to optimize the productivity of the spa and fairness to the therapist
Orient guests and give personalized tours of entire spa facility
Assist in the reconciliation of charges originating from the Spa including cash handling and hotel posting procedures
Requirements
Experience required by position is from three months to one year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization (such as reservations, concierge, customer service). To include: telephone skills, appointment booking, sales, computer experience in windows based programs
Guest service experience in a luxury environment
Requires a working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel), phone service skills, interpersonal and good communication skills, ability to multi-task
