As a Spa Coordinator/Key Holder, you're the first and last impression of our spa. You open and close the building, welcome guests into our world, help them choose the right services, and ensure they leave already thinking about their next visit. When something goes sideways, you handle it. When the team needs direction, you provide it. This is a leadership position. You'll mentor newer team members, make decisions when managers aren't on-site, and take ownership of the guest experience from parking lot to checkout.
Job Responsibility:
Open and close the spa, ensuring everything is perfect for guests and the next shift
Welcome guests warmly and guide them through our signature experience (robes, sandals, relaxation room, tea)
Book appointments, recommend services, and help guests find exactly what they need
Suggest enhancements and retail products that genuinely improve the guest experience
Handle guest concerns and complaints with grace, turning problems into loyalty
Support and guide newer front desk team members during your shifts
Keep the front of house running smoothly when management isn't on-site
Requirements:
2+ years in hospitality, retail, or customer service
Previous key holder, shift lead, or opening/closing experience
Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and handling payments
Available for full-time hours including weekends
Reliable transportation to our location
Nice to have:
Experience in spa, salon, or wellness industry
Knowledge of skincare products and services
Experience training or mentoring others
