We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. **Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.**   ✨ Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week)! ✨ At The Woodhouse Day Spa, we strive to create a unique and exceptional experience for every guest—and we can’t do that without passionate, talented team members who love what they do. Our Travel Spa Coordinators truly make the world go ‘round—and we love that!   More specifically, our qualified Travel Spa Coordinator: Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience Supports the General Manager and leadership team Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed
