Job Description:

As a Spa Coordinator at Four Seasons Minneapolis, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxurious spa facility. Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, you will manage spa reservations, coordinate spa services, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute to maintaining the Four Seasons’ reputation for excellence in service and wellness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
  • Manage reservations and efficiently schedule spa treatments, maximizing availability for guests
  • Be knowledgeable about all spa services, treatments, and products, confidently advising guests on their choices
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
  • Process payments and manage billing accurately
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and an outstanding guest experience

Requirements:

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Previous hotel and computer knowledge preferred
  • Great and honest smile

  • 2 years experience on a similar position
  • Education: High School Degree or equivalent
