Job Description

Works closely with the Lead Coordinator and Spa Concierge assisting with duties as needed. Makes sure that everyone has marching orders for the day. Part of a company that provides self-care in a luxury environment with customizable treatments and a relaxing atmosphere.

Job Responsibility

  • Opens the spa and ensures ambiance, schedule and team are prepared
  • Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow
  • Supports therapists to ensure guests are comfortable and on-schedule
  • Answers the phone
  • Provides personal attention to guests for a seamless experience
  • Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
  • Checks out guests and performs close-out reports
  • Provides gift card and retail recommendations and sales
  • Supports the general manager and serves as back up as needed
