Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English
both in oral and written form
Interpersonal skills with focused attention on guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Wind Creek appearance standards
Maintain consistent adherence to Wind Creek customer service standards
Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work on the FEMALE side of the spa

Job Responsibility

Greet all guests, answer calls, assist with guest inquiries, book appointments, check guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately bill for services received and complete the payment transaction, cross-sell retail products
Give tours of the facility
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
Ensure appointments begin and end as scheduled
Assist guests inside the spa
Serve refreshments
Continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the female side of the spa
Assists guests with reservations and check-in process
Accurately books, changes, and cancels cooking reservations and spa appointments
Assists guests with payment of services and retail items

Job Responsibility

Manage and monitor all areas of spa operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Demonstrate and reinforce excellent customer service to promote guest satisfaction and retention
Address all guest issues and concerns when MOD for the location
Take ownership of the Group Bookings process and communication with guests around planning special events
Daily analysis of reporting schedules to determine performance in service sales, retail sales, average ticket, success of promotional offers, schedule utilization and maximization
Identify areas of opportunity for increasing profitability on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Ensure the spas meet/exceed goals set for the locations, departments, and individual contributors
Implement strategy and coaching initiatives to increase performance, monitoring and communicating progress to the leadership teams with consistency
Update master schedule in partnership with management team, Department Leads, and Spa Director
Coordinate and manage training opportunities for Spa Concierge in conjunction with the Department Leads and Spa Director for in-spa operations, vendor product knowledge and treatment protocols
