The Spa Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, facilitating a seamless and enjoyable spa experience. This role includes managing appointments, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring the spa environment is welcoming and relaxing.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests to the spa with a warm and inviting demeanor
Manage the check-in process efficiently and provide an overview of spa services and amenities
Schedule and confirm appointments for treatments and services, ensuring the spa calendar is organized
Handle any changes or cancellations with professionalism and courtesy
Promote and sell spa products and memberships
Maintain knowledge of product lines
Provide personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences and needs
Ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience by addressing their needs promptly
Ensure that the spa area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
Work closely with therapists and other spa personnel to ensure smooth service delivery
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Requirements:
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
