Job Description:

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of various Spa functions aimed at creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. Responsibilities include promoting Spa services or retail, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, providing service-related answers, checking guests in, and processing payments. Additional emphasis is placed on safety, professionalism, and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:
