Job Description

The Spa Attendant will be responsible for but not limited to the overall cleanliness, organization, and up-keep of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool area, and fitness room at the Spa. In addition, the Spa Attendant will be responsible for greeting, orientating the guests to the amenities in locker room and escorting them to the relaxation room prior to all treatments. The Spa Attendant should be knowledgeable in F&B service. Taking food and beverage orders at the pool and learning POS system is required.

  • Ensure prompt response and follow up to guest’s needs
  • Understand and adhere to Forbes Standards
  • The Spa Attendant will be responsible for but not limited to the overall cleanliness, organization, and up-keep of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, outdoor and pool area, and fitness room at the Spa
  • The Spa Attendant will be responsible for greeting, orientating the guests to the amenities in locker room and escorting them to the relaxation room prior to all treatments
  • The Spa Attendant should be knowledgeable in F&B service
  • Taking food and beverage orders at the pool and learning POS system is required

Requirements

  • Someone with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification preferred
  • Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality

  • Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
  • Someone with excellent communication skills
  • Someone who can frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
  • Someone with a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays
