Job Description:

This role involves providing spa services to guests, ensuring workspace cleanliness, stocking supplies, and maintaining hospitality standards. Employees are expected to foster a welcoming and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide general spa orientation to guests
Escort guests to treatment rooms
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms, and locker room
Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly
Stock supplies and amenities
Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager
Complete safety training
Speak professionally with others.

Requirements:

Provide general spa orientation to guests
Answer questions about general property information and amenities
Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker room, and lounge areas
Check computer for updates and changes to schedule regularly
Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations
Speak with others using clear and professional language.

Nice to have:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Professional and clean appearance
Knowledge of quality assurance standards.
