Job Description:

The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is looking for an on-call Spa Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Spa Attendants have the opportunity to shape the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean and maintain all the spa and fitness area including lockers, fitness and pool deck areas
  • Restock supplies including towels, coffee and tea
  • Provide proper and safe guidance to guests to operate and care of all health club equipment
  • Provide information and assistance to hotel guests
  • Report equipment malfunctions promptly
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed
  • Distribute and stock towels, robes, swimsuits, toiletries, juices, fruits and other amenities
  • Enforce health club rules and regulation with guests
  • Clean all the spa including lockers, fitness area, pool decks, steam rooms, massage rooms
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management

Requirements:

  • Physical mobility as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 50 lbs
  • Speaking, writing and reading English is required
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • 1-2-year experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
