Spa Attendant

• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all spa areas
• Ensure towels, robes, slippers, and amenities are stocked, clean, and readily available
• Monitor spa facilities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues
• Set up, clean, and reset spa areas between guest use
• Support guests with general spa enquiries
• Assist with food and beverage service within spa areas
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Support spa therapists and reception staff with operational tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and luxurious spa atmosphere

• Experience within this role previously preferred
• experience within a housekeeping or cleaning role previously required
• ability to travel to the site required
