Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, located in the heart of The Rocks, offers a refined luxury experience defined by personalised service and attention to detail. As Spa Attendant / Spa Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of our boutique spa environment—coordinating treatment bookings through our external partner LuxIt while delivering a seamless, elevated wellness experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all spa enquiries, delivering exceptional, anticipatory guest service
  • Coordinate spa treatment bookings with external provider LuxIt, ensuring accuracy and a seamless guest journey
  • Liaise professionally with LuxIt therapists to facilitate efficient scheduling and on-site service delivery
  • Maintain the spa environment to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and tranquillity
  • Drive retail performance through personalised recommendations of CODAGE Paris products
  • Manage reservations, daily operations, and spa administration tasks with precision
  • Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall spa experience
  • Uphold Four Seasons brand standards across all touchpoints of the spa offering

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Passion for guest service excellence and wellbeing experiences
  • Interest or experience in skincare and retail sales (luxury products preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
