Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of spa and fitness areas
Greet guests warmly, provide information on spa services and facilities, assist with appointments and locker use, and respond promptly to inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all spa areas, including locker rooms, lounges, and fitness spaces
restock towels, robes, toiletries, and refreshments
Monitor and report maintenance needs for spa and fitness equipment, and assist with setup and breakdown of treatment and activity areas
Support team members to ensure smooth operations, communicate effectively, and participate in training and team meetings
Requirements
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
CPR Certification is Preferred
