Job Responsibility
Support spa operations by checking schedules and updates throughout the day
Maintain immaculate cleanliness across treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and hospitality stations
Manage linens and supplies, ensuring all areas are fully stocked and beautifully presented
Secure equipment and supplies at the end of each shift
Dispose of waste and used linens in accordance with hygiene standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
complete all required safety training
Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality
Support additional operational duties as required
Requirements
