Assist guests with their appointments and respond promptly and professionally to all interactions, ensuring maximum comfort and satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room at all times, replenishing amenities as needed. Collect and remove used towels, robes, and other items left behind to maintain a tidy environment. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, including steam rooms, hot tubs, showers, and locker areas. Adhere to and enforce all locker room policies, etiquette, and safety standards.
