Job Description

Our client in Wilmington, Ma, needs a SOX Compliance Project Manager for an initial 6- month contract with a strong possibility of extension. The SOX Compliance Project Manager will work on a hybrid schedule and be responsible for managing a variety of SOX compliance projects, including ensuring that all existing applications meet SOX compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong focus on SOX compliance and security focused projects
  • Strong understanding of Sarbanes Oxley Act
  • Ability to be onsite in Wilmington, MA 2-3 days a week
  • Previous experience leading a project that focused on internal applications becoming SOX compliant

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PMP or Security certifications
