As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Services Procurement Manager to play a key role in developing our regional strategy and building a truly market‑leading practice. This is an opportunity to lead high‑value procurement programmes, influence senior stakeholders, and shape how customers engage with SOW‑based services.
Job Responsibility:
Build and sustain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g. Procurement Directors, IT Directors, Programme Leads)
Act as a trusted advisor on procurement strategy, future requirements, and service optimisation
Maintain a forward‑looking pipeline of Services Procurement needs
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large and/or complex SOWs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives
Line manage Services Procurement Specialists and oversee day‑to‑day coordination activity
Foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture across internal teams and supplier networks
Ensure all services are delivered in line with our operating model and standards
Lead supplier onboarding activities, including MSA and rate card negotiations
Deliver against customer KPIs with a relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Understanding of the key principles of contract law
Experience in project or programme delivery, including management of subcontractors
Proven ability to develop, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams
Nice to have:
Experience in procurement-either operationally or within an outsourced/MSP environment
CIPS or equivalent qualification
Familiarity with UK public sector procurement
Knowledge of public‑sector frameworks such as NEPRO, MSTAR
