As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Services Procurement Manager to play a key role in developing our regional strategy and building a truly market‑leading practice. This is an opportunity to lead high‑value procurement programmes, influence senior stakeholders, and shape how customers engage with SOW‑based services.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g. Procurement Directors, IT Directors, Programme Leads)
  • Act as a trusted advisor on procurement strategy, future requirements, and service optimisation
  • Maintain a forward‑looking pipeline of Services Procurement needs
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large and/or complex SOWs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives
  • Line manage Services Procurement Specialists and oversee day‑to‑day coordination activity
  • Foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture across internal teams and supplier networks
  • Ensure all services are delivered in line with our operating model and standards
  • Lead supplier onboarding activities, including MSA and rate card negotiations
  • Deliver against customer KPIs with a relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Understanding of the key principles of contract law
  • Experience in project or programme delivery, including management of subcontractors
  • Proven ability to develop, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in procurement-either operationally or within an outsourced/MSP environment
  • CIPS or equivalent qualification
  • Familiarity with UK public sector procurement
  • Knowledge of public‑sector frameworks such as NEPRO, MSTAR
