Job Description

The role Product Marketing Coordinator build the bridges among product development, marketing, and sales, by developing and executing 360° strategies to drive the product's value to the market.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and Support short/mid-term strategies for product lines: content, trim levels, configurations, price, mix and volume, color palettes, special series
  • Define and monitor the 360° product strategy (sales performance, training, CRM, Advertisement, Distribution, Price, Test drive, etc.)
  • Create product communication brief together with Communication team
  • Collaborate in the development of long-term strategies along with Product Planning area
  • Define tactical market research to get ad-hoc insights from customers
  • Ensure strategies are aligned with the Dealers Product Committee
  • Develop strategies and tactical plans to improve the KPIs of its product line throughout the lifecycle, applying comparably equipped pricing analysis, sales and stock mix, market share, performance by channel (DS and TD)
  • Ensure flawless and impactful launches
  • Participate in cross-functional forums for applying product changes: PETs, MCOs workshops, Design Workshops, Infotainment workshops etc
  • Participate in global strategies with Product Global Marketing
  • Ensure delivery of support materials for new releases: MEV’s, S&O’s, Sales Package
  • Lead launch Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Support product events together with VSSM, PR and MKT Planning
  • Building materials for the gates of GVDP VSSM (MVR, MLR, MLA)
  • Reflect product updates or needs on PCCRs
  • Develop and support TOP leadership presentations
  • Support and integrate work with GMSA Product Marketing team

Requirements

  • Graduation: Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related
  • Postgraduate: MBA with focus Marketing will be a differential
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory) / Spanish (desirable)
  • Previous Experience in Product, Planning, Marketing or Sales at automotive market
  • Microsoft Office advanced knowledge
  • Availability to work at São Caetano do Sul plant
  • Availability to travel (local and international)

  • Spearhead AI governance development and implementation globally, providing guidance on relevant global and US AI frameworks and executing a fit-for-purpose AI governance approach at Airwallex, including developing and implementing AI policies, procedures, privacy-related AI mitigations, and accountability frameworks
  • Develop and help execute privacy and data protection compliance programs for the Americas, specifically focused on compliance with US federal and state consumer financial privacy frameworks (GLBA, FCRA, CalFIPA) compliance, Executive Order 14117, and comprehensive state privacy compliance
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Information Security, Regulatory Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Commercial Legal and Risk to embed privacy‑ and security‑by‑design in product development, technical architecture, UX, and go‑to‑market, including by spearheading DPIAs/PIAs, AI risk assessments, and other privacy impact assessments
