Job Responsibility:
Assisting the onsite Exec Chef/ Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals, hospitality & events at the site
Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of up to 350
Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times
Building rapport with the students and helping them explore different cuisines
Building the foundations of a positive attitude to food for life
Requirements:
Assisting the onsite Exec Chef/ Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals, hospitality & events at the site

A trade test will be required for this role
Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
