Liverpool Football Club is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at our new Kop Bar at Anfield. This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week, in a brand-new food and drink destination at the heart of the stadium. Working in modern, purpose-built kitchens.
Job Responsibility:
Support in leading a skilled and passionate brigade
Deliver fresh, high-quality food across matchdays and non-matchday service
Requirements:
Strong experience in a similar Sous Chef role
Comfortable leading sections
Proven experience managing and developing kitchen teams
Holds a basic Food Hygiene qualification
Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and COSHH
