Job Description:

Bring your passion for fresh food and team spirit to a kitchen where the energy’s high and the standards even higher. We’re an independently owned, dog-friendly collection of 20+ neighbourhood restaurants, serving up fresh Mediterranean-inspired food from brunch through to cocktails.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the kitchen team
Maintain high standards
Work during busy service periods

Requirements:

Experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a premium branded fresh-food kitchen
Leadership skills
Passion for fresh ingredients
Ability to work in a high-energy kitchen environment
