Job Responsibility
Collaborate with Culinary Leadership and Front of House Management to effectively lead and direct daily operations of back of house
Consistently deliver exceptional guest and team member experience
Work in partnership with team to drive sales, manage costs and effectively grow the business
Requirements
3 years required experience
1+ years of culinary management experience
High Volume & Fine Dining preferred
Strong local culinary experience
Ability to assist with hiring, training, scheduling and development
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to connect, resolve conflict, drive engagement, and develop teams
Ability to lead kitchen operations
Ability to monitor and document employee performance
Desire to understand and impact financial goals
Ability to innovate
Desire to own company core values and standards
Ability to efficiently run BOH shifts
Understands importance of quality and presentation
Ability to ensure preparation quantities support forecasted business levels
