Job Responsibility:
Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Manage one of the sections
Contribute fresh ideas for the menu
Oversee health and safety, ordering, and staff rotas
Lead, teach and inspire apprentices
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen
Confidence, creativity, and the ability to support a dynamic team
Passion for modern British food and sustainability
