Nell’s is a neighbourhood bar serving up New York style pizza (‘za) with one simple purpose: to create spaces filled with happy faces, inclusive of everyone, from the team to our guests. With six existing Nells sites across Greater Manchester and big expansion plans, now is the perfect time to join our growing team.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead & Inspire - Support the Head Chef in running a high-performing kitchen, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality
  • Develop & Train - Help recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Manage Stock & Prep - Oversee food ordering, prep levels, and stock rotation to keep things running efficiently
  • Maintain High Standards - Champion food safety, compliance, and quality control to deliver consistently top-tier pizzas
  • Drive Improvement - Work with the Head Chef to refine processes, introduce new ideas, and evolve our menu
  • Lead by Example - Keep energy high, motivate your team, and uphold a positive, can-do kitchen culture
