Job Responsibility
Work in partnership with the Kitchen's leadership team to recruit, train and mentor junior members of the team
Develop a supportive and nurturing atmosphere within the team
Assist in developing new menu items
Take responsibility for sections of the kitchen
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols
Lead by example, demonstrating culinary excellence and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results
Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to our high standards
Requirements
Experience working in high-end, fast-paced environments
