The Sous Chef is an essential member of Food & Beverage leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

ServSafe Certification
Proficient knife skills
ServSafe allergen training
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Strong leadership, training, motivation, and communication skills
College degree preferably specializing in culinary arts, or equivalent experience is preferred
The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
The ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools
Ability to collaborate with Hotel Executive Chef and Adorn Executive Chef to align with broader vision of hotel as well as restaurant
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Nice to have

Second language preferred but not required
