Our production kitchen is located in Mascot and is at the heart of Merivale. It is a dedicated space with the latest equipment and tools in order to support multiple venues with the production of key products such as sauces for our different venues, pasta for Totti’s, pizza dough for Vinnies Pizza, and pita bread for Jimmy’s. Our chefs specialise in delivering consistent product to Merivale venues.
Job Responsibility:
Making sauces, grilling meat and prepping similar products for a range of our venues
Lifting and moving items around the production kitchen
Requirements:
Have 3-4 years’ similar experience in production kitchen or a similar environment
Can manage your own section and guide junior team members
Are organised with an eye for detail and consistency
Happy to work in a production kitchen environment
Can do early starts and mainly a weekday roster
