Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cleanliness

Assist in managing food orders and maintaining stock levels
Uphold Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards across the kitchen
Requirements:
Hardworking, professional Sous Chef with exceptional culinary skills
Passionate about Italian cuisine and delivering top-quality dishes
Previous experience in team training and management within a professional kitchen
Holds a minimum Level 2 Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Certificate
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
Italian-speaking is advantageous but not essential
