Experienced Sous Chef needed for a revered industry leader that has multiple locations and is expanding. This is a high-end concept, and expertise with fish butchery is desired. Must be self-driven, and food- and beverage-focused. Must have a real passion for the restaurant industry. Chefs with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position will be considered, and we prefer experience in a concept with annual sales of at least $3 MM annually.
