Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a Sous chef role in a similar venue
  • Ability to manage a team of 10+ chefs when the head chef is off
  • Organised, focused and good communication
  • Flexibility to work across the kitchen and happy to train junior staff
  • Good knowledge around kitchen admin, WH&S and good people skills
