As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. Job Responsibility:
Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes
Oversee kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Help train and motivate junior kitchen staff
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
