Job Responsibility:
Champion quality and innovation across all menus and hospitality spaces
Deliver up to 9000 covers per event – football, NFL, boxing, concerts and more
Collaborate with Michelin-star calibre chefs and partners
Strict adherence to menu specs and ingredient use – no compromises
Lead and motivate multi-kitchen teams, permanent and event-day brigades
Deliver flawless client tastings and event planning sessions
Ensure full compliance with HSE and allergy regulations
Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Requirements:
Confident and resilient Sous Chef with proven experience
Natural leader with excellent people skills – managing teams of up to 7 chefs
Passionate about quality, detail, and guest-first experiences
Strong understanding of food trends and translating them into bold, stylish menus
Highly organised with a clear eye on commercial impact and cost management
Emotionally intelligent – approachable, respectful, and values-driven
Uncompromising on standards – even when under pressure
Hands-on and engaged – you lead from the front
Demonstrate knowledge of H&S and allergen regulations
Follow strict recipe and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance
Maintain correct food storage, labelling and recovery protocols
Supervise seamless service, ensuring timing, quality and presentation every time
