We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a prestigious VIP Airline Lounge at London Heathrow Airport, delivering exceptional dining experiences to international travellers in a premium hospitality environment.
Job Responsibility
Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Supporting the Head chef in menu planning and cost implantation of the kitchen
Writing menus with a variety of food options for Lounge guests
Enforcing healthy and safety
Managing the pass and ensure food quality standards
Training kitchen staff and supervising kitchen stations
Requirements
Sous Chef experience from a hotel, contract catering, restaurant, banqueting or similar environment
Experience managing a minimum 500 covers per day
Experience in managing, training and developing kitchen personnel
Experience in producing European and Continental cuisine
The ability to work shifts to cover a roster that will include weekends and Bank Holidays
The ability to work shifts between 0530 hrs – 2230 hrs
