Job Description:

The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the production of high-quality food while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage kitchen staff and operations
Control food costs and minimize waste
Foster a positive work environment

Requirements:

Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
Strong culinary skills and knowledge
Excellent organizational and time management skills
