Job Responsibility

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience in high volume scratch kitchen
  • Highly proficient with cooking appliances and advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
  • Knowledge of par levels and best ordering practices, with effective inventory management skills
  • Basic understanding of financial implications, including P&L, COGs, labor, and operational excellence
  • NYC Food Handlers Certificate
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong leadership abilities, including clear vision, active listening, and assertive communication
