Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant
Proven experience in a similar role within well-regarded venues
A background in well-structured kitchens, with strong foundations and attention to detail
Ideally, exposure to European kitchens or cuisine
Confident running the pastry section and working autonomously
Strong time management and a genuine understanding of cooking from scratch
Calm, composed and consistent under pressure
Excellent communication skills
A genuine desire to grow, develop and take the next step in your career
