We are seeking a talented and motivated culinary professional to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Job Responsibility
Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including preparation, production, and service
Support menu execution and ensure dishes are prepared to established standards
Help supervise, train, and motivate kitchen team members
Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, plating, and timing
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and storage of ingredients
Help manage food costs, reduce waste, and support operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
Collaborate with leadership to develop specials, seasonal offerings, and menu improvements
Step in to support various stations and adjust to business needs as required
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen environment
Requirements
Previous experience in a culinary leadership or senior kitchen role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and service standards
Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively with team members
Proven commitment to quality, organization, and attention to detail
Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
Nice to have
Experience with inventory management, ordering, and food cost control preferred
