Job Description:

As we continue to open new restaurants in fantastic neighbourhoods across the South, we need more amazing people to join us so we’re looking for a Sous Chef at our beautiful site.

Job Responsibility:

Lead by example
Train team with enthusiasm
Maintain highest standards of food hygiene

Requirements:

Thrived in a premium branded fresh food kitchen
Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a restaurant or gastro pub
Skills & drive
Passion for fresh ingredients
Knack for inspiring a happy, motivated team
Ability to lead by example
Ability to train team with enthusiasm
Ability to maintain highest standards of food hygiene
