Job Description:

We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Sous Chef. At Bespoke Hotels, our people are our biggest asset. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations
  • Supervise, train and motivate the team to achieve the highest standards
  • Actively involved in menu planning, compilation and ordering
  • Ensure that departmental budgets are controlled
  • Ensure high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities to current legislation
  • Actively ensure that dishes are produced to a consistent high standard

Requirements:

  • Strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position
  • Ability to deliver great service to guests
  • Passionate about hospitality
  • Reliable
