Job Description:

Energetic, creative, and highly skilled Sous Chef to be the right-hand to Restaurant Chef and driving force in prestigious outlets' kitchens at world-class culinary stage, translating the resort's commitment to excellence into every dish.

Job Responsibility:

Menu innovation collaborating on menus that delight and surprise guests
Overseeing kitchen operation ensuring seamless service and impeccable hygiene
Maintaining strict adherence to 5-star standards
Mentoring, inspiring, and training brigade of cooks
Fostering positive, high-energy, and professional work environment
Guaranteeing every plate is a masterpiece of taste, presentation, and consistency

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
Preferably within a luxury hotel or resort
True passion for premium ingredients and cutting-edge techniques
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to run a busy line while keeping cool and motivating the team
Drive to continuously push boundaries and strive for culinary awards and recognition
