Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Newmarket Racecourses. You'll play a key role in delivering world-class hospitality and dining experiences to every guest – from casual racegoers to VIP clients – across every event day. As a Sous Chef, you will be working alongside a truly passionate team to create an outstanding culinary experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
