Join the team at Nell's, a neighbourhood bar serving New York style pizza. Support the Head Chef in running a high-performing kitchen, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality.

Requirements:

Support the Head Chef in running a high-performing kitchen
Help recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team
Oversee food ordering, prep levels, and stock rotation
Champion food safety, compliance, and quality control
Work with the Head Chef to refine processes, introduce new ideas, and evolve our menu
Keep energy high, motivate your team, and uphold a positive, can-do kitchen culture
